What are STAR events
STAR Events (Students Taking Action with Recognition) are competitive events that recognize students for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and public speaking. Depending on the event, the event may start at the district, regional, or state level. There is a $10 fee per participant for each event & these students must commit one day a week to work on their event with an advisor.
