Freshman Orientation 2025 

Tuesday, August 5th 

9:00am - 12:00pm

Parents,

Please drop off students no more than 15 minutes before start time. Enter at the main entrance, door 1.

Orientation provided for upcoming 2025-26 WHS freshman. Only current Westmoore Freshmen students can attend. No guests please.

Freshman Parent Meeting 11:00am-11:50am in the Lecture Center. Parents can enter door 2 after 10:30. Meet our Freshmen principals, parent Q&A.

What students can expect:

  • Turn in your (2nd) proof of residency at check-in
  • Get first Westmoore ID badge
  • Take their first Freshmen group picture
  • Tour the school with Squad leaders
  • Club and activities fair
  • May purchase/pick up class shirt ($20)
  • May pick up applications to run for class/STUCO office or Student Council Senator.

Jag Jumpstart 2025

10th-12th grades monday, August 4th

10th grade (8:00-10:00), 11th grade (10:30-12:30), 12th grade (1:30-3:30) Enter at door 30.

All students must have completed online registration and must turn in current proof of residence. (Must be a utility bill. CANNOT be cell or cable bills) Please bring cash for parking permit, art fees, PTSA, financial holds, etc.

Schedules can be found on Infinite Campus(Student Portal) before the first day of school.

  • Purchase and pick up parking passes ($20) *Driver must know his/her license plate number.
  • Pick up school ID badge and lanyard
  • Purchase class shirts ($20)
  • Purchase tassels (Seniors, $10)
  • Turn in concurrent schedule outside counseling center
  • Get help with Student Portal
